Insights and Resources
We use 360° Assessment-Based Leadership Development Coaching to provide a comprehensive, evidence-informed foundation for growth. This approach delivers meaningful insight into how leaders are perceived by peers, direct reports, and managers, highlighting key strengths and surfacing areas for development.
When relevant, we complement this with access to a broad range of additional assessments to deepen self-awareness and support focused development. These may include the MBTI, as well as assessments exploring values, drivers, skills, and competencies.
To further support progress, clients also gain access to practical tools such as tailored tips, insights, templates, recommended reading, curated articles, and guidelines through our dedicated Leadership Development Resources Portal.
