Leadership Capability Pulse Check - Participant Nominations
As part of our Leadership Capability Pulse Check for (Name of Team), aligned with the Kahikatea Leadership Framework, we are seeking feedback from your Peers (colleagues) and Team Members (Direct Reports) to help identify leadership strengths and future development priorities across the leadership group.
Please nominate participants (your manager, relevant colleagues and direct reports) who will be invited to provide feedback on your leadership capabilities.
Instructions
- Complete the Participant Nomination Form below.
- You must submit your details and your Managers details.
- You can nominate up to 15 participants, the relationships, peers and reports, who are best placed to provide feedback.
- Submit the form.
Next Steps
Once nominations are received, each participant will be emailed an invitation to complete the Pulse Check survey.
The invitation will include:
- Purpose: To support leadership growth through the Kahikatea Framework.
- Time required: 3 to 5 minutes.
- Confidentiality: All responses are confidential and reported in aggregate only.
