Kirsten offers over a decade’s experience as coach and facilitator. Kirsten is committed to assisting people to navigate change and maximise their potential personally and professionally.
Kirsten helps clients gain clarity and perspective by providing the tools and insights to ensure ongoing development is self-sustainable. By helping clients create awareness and understanding of their behaviour, thoughts and emotions, Kirsten enables and empowers them to increase their options and improve overall wellbeing.
Kirsten’s own career history traverses a variety of people-focused roles and industries so she can walk her talk when it comes to managing career uncertainty.
With her endless curiosity and having lived, worked and travelled in a diverse range of countries, Kirsten ensures that she tailors her coaching style to suit the needs of each particular client.
Prior to her coaching career Kirsten held a range of sales, marketing, customer service, facilitation and events roles for companies such as Crystal Holidays, Destination Queenstown, In2Food, PitchIt2Me and Leading Mountain Resorts of the World. She created and ran the Queenstown Adventure Film Festival for five years. She has also worked in a number of government departments and community-based organisations.
Kirsten is a Master Practitioner of Coaching, 2017, is an accredited Strengths Profile (CAPP) practitioner, 2015, has an MA (Hons) Psychology, 1990, and is a Professional Member of the Career Development Association of New Zealand (CDANZ)

Joanne offers more than 20 years of coaching expertise. She has coached thousands of people across multiple and diverse organizations and assisted each person to confidently identify, plan and execute their next career steps.
Joanne has been described by her clients as “having a style of engagement, experience, insights and frankness which is very beneficial and supportive”. Her career management experience includes working with individuals one to one and facilitation of groups. She is experienced at providing appropriate support suitable to the client – whether the client is in an outplacement situation, looking for a change in direction or simply wishing to reflect on their current situation with a view to building on their strengths and abilities for the future.
In addition to her experience she has completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a double major in Psychology and Education from the University of Canterbury, a Diploma of Career Counselling from Wellington Institute of Technology and a Graduate Diploma in Career Development from Auckland University of Technology. She is a professional member of CDANZ, the Career Development Association of New Zealand.

Stuart offers more than ten years of professional coaching alongside more than 25 years of an international corporate career in NZ and Australia, the UK, Continental Europe, and the USA.
He has coached senior managers and high potential staff at all levels and at all stages of their careers and has helped them to identify goals, test options, plan and implement strategies for their development and advancement and job application readiness.
In addition to the General Manager roles which Stuart has held in NZ and internationally, he has a double major degree from Victoria University of Wellington in Business Administration and English Literature and holds a Master of Arts degree from the Department of Occupational Psychology of the University of London. Additionally, he is a fully qualified coach through the Institute of Executive Coaching and Development based in Sydney and has completed their training as a supervisor of coaches. He is also a certificated Mediator.

Robyn brings to Next Steps Coaching more than 25 years of experience in corporate management across both public and private sectors in New Zealand and Australia. Coaching within organisations and with individuals has been a passion throughout her career. She has coached senior managers and high-potential individuals, helping them identify goals and plan and implement strategies for their development and progression.
Robyn combines her extensive experience as a senior manager with her coaching training to help clients confidently define their professional pathways and develop practical strategies that enable them to achieve their goals and thrive in demanding, often rapidly changing environments. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a post-graduate diploma in Strategic Human Resources from Victoria University and is an accredited coach with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
Robyns coaching expertise includes Career Transition and Outplacement, Change Management, Leadership Development, Career and Personal Professional Development.

Dave brings extensive experience in senior management, HR leadership, organisational development, and change management to his role as an executive coach and facilitator. He has successfully led large-scale initiatives aimed at enhancing both business and individual performance across a diverse range of countries and cultures, including the United Kingdom, Australia, the United States, and New Zealand.
Dave is a graduate of Charles Sturt University in Australia, where he earned a Certificate in Organisational Coaching and Leadership. He has also completed Level 3, Advanced Coaching Practice with the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership. Additionally, he holds a Master of Science degree and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance, and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in the UK.

Edwin offers over 20 years of business development experience and more than a decade as a careers coach. He is passionate about people and professional development, investing time in building strong foundations with clients to ensure that the work is meaningful and impactful.
Edwin is dedicated to helping individuals foster self-awareness, achieve their full potential, and create a balanced work-life dynamic.
His clients describe his coaching style as relaxed, intuitive, and supportive, with a knack for challenging the status quo. Edwin has worked with a wide range of organizations in New Zealand and Australia, from start-ups and associations to large-scale organisational transformations.
He has coached professionals, directors, executives, and individuals returning to work after injury, illness, or maternity leave. He is skilled in having candid coaching conversations with both staff and managers.
Before his coaching career, Edwin held various business development roles, including at Synoptic Consulting (Sydney) and The Institute of Directors in New Zealand. He holds a degree in Management from the University of Otago and has worked as a career’s advisor with Open Universities Australia and Computer Power Institute in Melbourne.
Edwin also has experience in ACC Vocational Rehabilitation, specialising in the Back to Work Programme with named providers.
He holds a Master of Business Studies (M.Bus) in Management (with Distinction) and is a full member of CDANZ, as well as a provisionally accredited coach with both the ICF and ICC.

Robyn brings over 20 years of facilitation expertise and more than a decade of experience as a coach. Her extensive background at all organisational levels enables her to quickly build rapport with clients. Passionate about inspiring people to grow their self-awareness, achieve their full potential, and create fulfilling personal and professional lives, Robyn’s clients describe her coaching style as inspirational, intuitive, and supportive, with a unique ability to challenge compassionately.
Robyn has worked with numerous organizations in New Zealand, supporting initiatives to enhance workplace well-being. Her experience includes working with groups and individuals to build self-awareness and personal resilience.
Before her coaching career, Robyn held a variety of senior administrative roles at the University of Otago, including secondments. Some of her roles included Quality Manager, Project Manager, Executive Support for the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic), Divisional Administrator for the Division of Commerce, Secondary Schools Liaison Officer, and Enrolment Advisor.
Robyn is a Coach U-qualified facilitator for The Coaching Clinic and a Core Essentials graduate (2007). She is an accredited Myers-Briggs Personality Profile practitioner and holds a BSc in Zoology (1979) and a BA in Philosophy (1992) from the University of Otago.

With over 25 years of experience in senior management, entrepreneurship, and sales and marketing, Jonathan has worked in blue-chip FMCG companies as well as in human resources and people management consulting.
Formerly a director of a market-leading human resources consulting firm, Jonathan is now the owner of a successful coaching business. He has partnered with hundreds of private and public sector organizations across New Zealand and Australia. Jonathan has project-managed large-scale change initiatives and designed solutions that have helped thousands of employees transition, elevate performance, redeploy within companies, or exit with dignity during restructuring and outplacement.
Jonathan holds a Higher National Diploma in Business Studies (Marketing). He is also an Accredited MBTI Personality Profiler and certified in The Leadership Circle.
When not fully immersed in growing Next Steps Coaching and Career-Transitions™, a brand of Next Steps Coaching Limited, Jonathan spends as much time as possible with his expanding family.

He believes passionately that people can achieve more than they think possible.
Colin is an accomplished leader and advisor with a passion for helping organizations achieve results through high level coaching and mentoring their leaders to maximise their potential. He is expert at identifying the strategic drivers that make leaders’ and organizations successful and being a catalyst in helping optimize their performance through facilitating deeper understanding and self-insight. Colin is also an accomplished workshop facilitator, OD consultant, trauma counsellor and a member of the Institute of Coaching (linked to Harvard University)

Gwyn combines practical coaching strategies with evidence-based insights from neuroscience, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence to help clients build resilience, strengthen leadership capability, and successfully navigate career transitions and workplace challenges.
Gwyn holds a BA in Psychology, an M.Phil in Management Studies, and a Master Coach designation from the International Association of Coaching.
